The airline offers around a total of 14 flights a day departing from Heathrow, Gatwick, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle and Glasgow. Emirates has a fleet of over 110 wide body aircraft and is poised to become the world’s largest operator of A380s and Boeing 777s. It offers connections through its hub in Dubai to destinations in the Middle East, Africa, Indian sub-continent, Indian Ocean, China, Far East and Australasia.

The airline achieved the Skytrax award in 2008 for the Best Airline Inflight Entertainment for the 4th year in succession.

The Emirates Terminal 3 at Dubai International Airport opened in October 2008 and provides an exclusive dedicated state-of-the-art facility for Emirates passengers. The terminal is over 6 floors and has the capacity to handle 43 million passengers.

First Class
In addition to the business class features, Emirates first class passengers have the benefit, on the new A380 aircraft, of the new privates suites. Each suite is equipped with individual storage, a coat closet, vanity desk and personal mini bar. The extra-large seat reclines to become a fully flat 82”long bed, and the 23" wide-screen LCD screen features over 600 channels of entertainment. The suite has doors to provide total privacy. First class passengers also have the benefit of shower spas. The airline offer complimentary chauffeur drive transfers (distance restrictions apply) in selected cities.

Business Class
Emirates business class offers lie flat seating – approx 78” long when fully reclined – on selected aircraft. The new minipod seats include personal storage, massage features and a privacy divider. An in-seat power supply, dual port USB and extra-large table provide a comfortable workspace, while hundreds of channels of entertainment are available on a 17” widescreen tv. The airline also offer complimentary chauffeur drive transfers (distance restrictions apply) in selected cities.

Economy Class
Emirates now offers a new generation of ergonomically designed economy class seating on selected aircraft. With extra recline and more space under every seat – seat pitch of 32-34” – the seats also feature over 900 channels of ICE movies, audio and TV on a 10.6" screen. An in-seat power supply and a USB connection allow passengers to view videos and pictures from their laptops or portable devices.

Cuisine
A range of cuisine is available in all classes. The selection and presentation is based on the level of grade selected.
